The starting point
Steed Cycles hired me in 2019 as their first outside digital hire, starting with a website and tracking audit. The ad account grew from there. By 2023, Google Ads was producing $2.5 million a year in revenue at 9.99x ROAS. Good, and it had more in it.
What I did
We restructured the account around the highest-margin categories instead of the whole catalog, tightened spend on what the data said was working, and kept a weekly review cadence for seven years straight. Meta runs alongside Google as a secondary channel and pulled 24x ROAS this year.

Thanks so much for putting things in perspective. It's very insightful. Thanks for helping me to see the big picture.Vanessa Lebrun, Marketing Coordinator, Steed Cycles · August 2025
