The starting point
Long Life Windows & Doors came to me by referral in March 2024. They weren't feeling the love from their agency and needed more leads to hit their goal. Lead flow was inconsistent and the cost per lead didn't support their growth plan.
What I did
Rebuilt their lead generation against a cost-per-lead cap that feeds booked sales calls, with creative rebuilt around their reviews and real install photos. When ChatGPT Ads opened up, they were my first client on it: 102 ads live in the platform's first weeks, approved by the client the same day I proposed it.
Results
By April 2026 Katie's own words were "we are way ahead of where we were leads last year." By June, their install calendar was booked into mid-September and they asked me to reduce ad spend. That request, to spend less because the pipeline is too full, is the result.
